How much is shipping?
If item is created/printed in Australia you have the option of Domestic $8 or Express $12 and includes tracking. For international customers products are shipped from Australia with DHL Global Mail, for a flat rate $12 for the first item in the order and $4 for each additional item. DHL Global Mail includes a tracking number.
If item is created/printed in North Carolina, California, Mexico, Latvia Postage starts from $7 to Australia and worldwide (except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea).

Where does my order ship from?
Orders are created and made in any of the following locations Australia, North Carolina, California, Mexico, Latvia and sent internationally. Please see the specific item for location.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please see each item for where item is created.
If item is created/printed in Australia it takes 8-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia, 8-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia to print and deliver. International: Delivery times range from 2-8 weeks depending on the country.
If item is created/printed in North Carolina, California, Mexico, Latvia the time can range from 8 business days (up to 20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping across the world (Please note: Orders aren't currently available to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea).
Orders are sent out with the most affordable carrier available at that time.
For international orders, it's most likely going to be shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 business days) method.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you (if the shipping address was 100% correct).
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check your local post office to try locating the lost order.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to us and then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
